When and how can I return one or more products?

Products can be returned if you have received the wrong item, wrong quantity or if it is damaged. Please view our terms and conditions. Returns can be processed by logging into your account and following the relevant instructions.

Our return policy does not apply to Customised Sachets since these are custom made.
